Job Summary
Sr. Data Engineer / Business Intelligence Developer (With model management experience) (Need x1) Description ¿ Provides advanced development and technical support expertise for Data Integration technologies on premise & cloud environments (i.e. SQL DB, Azure Data Lake, etc.) plus model management experience in on prem and cloud modelling environments). Activities include working with Data Science experts on modern data integration, converting existing models to Azure DataBricks / MLFlow / MLOps, helping with operationalizing model management (including versioning, registry, serving, and deployment), testing and validating models and assisting with UI development and dash boarding for ML output Responsibilities ¿ Develop or enhance data models, data integration (including Application Program Interface, API), data solutions (including master data and data quality solution), analytics solution (i.e. reporting) and other ETL activities. ¿ Work with data consumers i.e. data science, data visualization and business intelligence teams to develop data models and pipelines for research, reporting, dashboard and machine learning model ¿ Execute demos, projects, proof of concepts in development or technical design of existing and emerging data warehousing & integration technologies ¿ Ensure solution compliance to solution design, best practices, technical architecture, design standards, technology roadmaps and business requirements ¿ Design detailed data and modeling, data audit, define rules ¿ Establish master data solutions, define hierarchies and affiliations, and distribute reference and master data. ¿ Profile data quality, design data quality management procedures, establish data governance, work with developer teams to create data solutions for customer Qualifications ¿ Strong experience in data solution programing i.e. SQL scripting (not server administration), Python, Java, Scala or R ¿ Strong knowledge of data platform and data integration technologies i.e. SQL (relational) DB, Azure Data Factory, Azure DataBricks, Azure MLFlow, SSIS, Snowflake, NoSQL DB, etc. ¿ Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing. ¿ Experience in Azure MLOps, specifically related to model development and model management ¿ Strong experience in data modeling design tools ¿ Experience in API development with .NET ¿ Experience with object oriented programming languages e.g. Java, C#, etc.
