The Sr. Web Analyst position supports multiple business across EATON. This role plays a major part in supporting overall content publishing, authoring on enterprise CMS tools viz. Adobe AEM and Oracle UCM, AEM super user authoring, digital assets management and act as a consultant for the stakeholders. He/she will work closely with the teams that drive content for the websites. Should be well versed with front end technologies and building custom solutions. Should be well versed with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools ex. Google Analytics.
Assets and Tag management (DAM)
Experience on Enterprise Content Management tool – AEM or Oracle UCM or Open Source
Managing multilingual site on AEM Platform and understanding of localization
Translate requirements into technical representations allowing stakeholders to understand how proposed design/solution will meet their requirements.
Experience in responsive web design
Knowledge on front end technologies – HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascriptm JQuery etc.
Analysis of different website sections and elements like Home Page/s, Product pages, Customer Ratings & Reviews, etc.
Responsible for creating or maintaining support playbook/documentation
Adherence with our brand guidelines
Commitment to knowledge sharing
The candidate must be a strong communicator.Ability to provide consultation and guidance on the best practices is a must.
Should have expertise & hands-on experience in:
Strong Understanding of content management systems with exposer to enterprise content management tools Ex: AEM and Oracle content management
Super user experience in AEM (DAM, Tags etc.)
In-depth knowledge of front-end coding languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and json.
Experience with Google Analytics
Advance knowledge in web design.
Knowledge of component development in AEM
Knowledge of SEO
Team management experience will be a big plus

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
6+ years of core front end development Experience
Understanding of content management with exposure to enterprise content management tools like Adobe AEM, Oracle UCM or other tools
Have super user experience in AEM (DAM Management, Tags Management etc.)
In-depth knowledge of front-end coding languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and json.
Experience with Google Analytics and SEO technics
Strong Knowledge of web design skills
Proficiency in Microsoft tools: MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to handle multiple project requests from a variety of different sources
Solid team player
Problem Solving ability
Strong attention to detail.
Team leadership experience would be added advantage
Excellent organization and communication (written and verbal) skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
High levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
