Seeking an astute individual that has a strong technical foundation with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader engineering team as part of the development/deployment cycle, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with both the platform, and the product teams.
Scope:
Work as a member of the team on projects involving development of new features, sustenance, handling engineering escalations
Participate in all phases of product development cycle: from product definition and design, through implementation, debugging, testing and early customer support

Application Architecture : Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture
Cloud Architecture : MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)
Devops: CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHubWorkflows
OS: Windows, Linux
Frameworks/Others : Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, NOSQL, RDBMS, Springboot, Gradle GIT, Ignite
What you’ll do:
Design, code, debug and perform development activities in accordance with designated standards and procedures .
Drive architecture and designs to become simpler, more robust, and more efficient. Deliver on these promises through self-healing, reliable services that require minimum manual intervention.
Provide early visibility and mitigation to technical challenges through the journey.
Provide support of products through conception to product delivery including problem solving, defect maintenance and support to customer services
What we are looking for:
Hands on 13 to 16 years of C++, GRPC, product development experience
Technical skills: C++, CMake, gRPC, CTest, CppUnit, Github CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS/GCP, RDBMS, Kafka or any other messaging system, Kibana, Prometheus
Expertise in OOAD, data structures and STL.
Strong understanding of Design Patterns
Understanding of database concepts
Demonstrate good understanding of services architecture for build, deploy and operate
Experience with REST, JSON & web services.
Experience developing software in Linux/Unix development environment.
Expected to have Sound software engineering practices and non-compromising high quality standards
Must have a proven record of performing in highly complex and environment, tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Customer first attitude and empathy while supporting customers
Strong communication skills are essential, both written and oral, targeted at a wide variety of internal and external audiences
Must have good idea about customer deployment scenarios and experience in dealing with peer teams outside engineering
Expected and assumed: independence, drive, motivation, willingness to go above and beyond, flexibility, and cooperative spirit
Actively identifies and reduces complexity in the software artifacts and motivates team members to do the same.
Actively shares knowledge in their field of expertise, e.g., by contributing to open source software projects, offering training sessions, holding conference presentations, etc.
Designs services to be self-healing and to offer self-service capabilities from the ground up to achieve minimum manual intervention.
Seeks out the root causes of incidents and inspires improvements in a blameless fashion.
Considers operational costs even in early design stages and incorporates it as a factor into the decision-making process.
Develops prototypes and proofs of principles for innovative features.
