The Client

About the Role

Learning key processes and understudying key staff roles within the business to become familiar with key processes and tasks, be able to provide overflow and backup support across several disciplines.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Reception cover when required
Ensure the key register is up to date
Tenant key return
Coordinating and setting up of property advertisements
Tenant application processing
Routine inspection scheduling
New lease Instruction
Lease renewal instruction
Processing and coordinating routine bulk email and SMS communication to customers
Credit control for rent and invoice arrears
Conduct and finalize virtual property walk through’s for the marketing of both sale and rental properties as required

Criteria

No experience required
Exceptional time management skills
Great communication skills both written & verbal
Ability to work within a team and independently
Strong administration skills are a must
Have a passion & interest in the Real Estate industry
