Job Description : Tasks
Will be responsible for the Cross Domain Entry System Architecture (Automotive Cluster / Infotainment systems).
Plan the iterative architecture evolution in line with the requested Features and Enablers on Increment and Sprint level (Iterative Architecture Evolution)
Participate in planning, definition and high level design of the program and explore alternatives
Elaborate a clear scope of the system under development and the system context (System Context Definition)
Define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems (Solution Space Specification)
Refine and structure the functional and non-functional requirements and map them to the system context (Problem Space Specification)
Responsible to review and approve the software architecture of modules / components in collaboration with the Domain SW Architect and according to the customer specs
Responsible for organizing architecture & code reviews according to the process, and for ensuring that the results of the reviews are effective
Determine needed non-functional requirements on Program Level
Participate in PI Planning
Participate in System Demos
Participate in Inspect + Adapt
Plan and develop the next system architectural steps
Work directly with Agile Teams to support them
Should provide mentoring / coaching to other team members to raise their know-how to the level required by the project
Qualifications
Prior Automotive Software development experience (Infotainment/Instrument Cluster) is mandatory
Good knowledge of SysML and UML
Good knowledge of problem space structuring methods (System and Software System Analysis)
Good knowledge of solution space development methods (System and Software System Design)
Strong knowledge in embedded system architecture design.
Be able to lead design topics and structured problem solving.
Strong knowledge in system requirement management.
Strong knowledge in software operating systems: Embedded Linux / Android / QNX.
Experienced in Agile development methodology.
Demonstrates passion and drive to support business team in acquisition activities.
Knowledge in Software designs and tools including Rhapsody / Enterprise Architect.
Knowledge in Automotive Functional Safety.
Good Planning and organization skills with capability to take initiative.
Capability to analyze organizational problems
Must be able to travel for business / training.
