Our clients are as varied as our team, as are the solutions we deliver for them. Products we’ve developed include a VR Platform to assist children with vaccinations, a platform to assist survivors of Brain Cancer and Apple’s App of the Day that turns kids into their favourite Sesame Street characters.
We are a band of roughly 90 talented individuals and our people are the core of what we do and who we are. Our base is in Collingwood but we are completely Flexi-Bull (see what we did there) about where our team is located. We focus on creating an environment where the best come together to solve difficult problems with a playful mindset. We are experts in our field and bring excellence to everything we do.
Requirements
The bit about the role.
We are currently recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director – People & Strategy you will be responsible for finding and attracting the best talent in our field to grow our tribe.
We are a growing business in a highly competitive landscape. This role will look to build out talent pipelines and ensure a seamless and high quality candidate experience, with a whole heap of fun thrown in. We are always looking to improve how we go about our work and this role has huge scope to grow and develop the way we go about recruiting.
The bit that’s all about you.
You are an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who is excited by working in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. Experience in Digital will be advantageous but certainly not a deal breaker.
You enjoy the challenge of a competitive market and coming up with new and innovative ways to find and attract talent

You are seeking a role that is around 30 hours per week. We think this is best done across 4-5 days but let’s chat!
