Job description

We are expanding fast as a company and as a product and to support that expansion we are seeking passionate and energetic sales development representative who love selling to potential prospects. This position is an integral part of the new business sales team and initiate the relationship between the lead square and prospective customers.
Being a Sales representative, you will be the first point of contact for a prospective claim with training and skill development activities you will be mentored to drive a meaningful conversation and help our customers drive their business. An ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated, curious, self-starter, able to identify and develop leads and opportunity from multiple sources including prospect list, social selling, and individual research. Successful SDR have moved into almost every department in the company andmost often continue their career in sales or account management team.If you are curious to learn about business, have the zeal to drive your team to success and love enjoying the perks that come along, we look forward to onboarding you.
ResponsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day activities of the team.Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.Delegating tasks to team members.Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.Conducting quarterly performance reviews.Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
What will you get to doIdentify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like Outreach, Linkedin Inmails, etc.)Tie up leads that will turn into the business through persistence.Learn, leverage and help evolve our demand generation process.Generate appointments/meetings by means of proactive outbound prospecting.Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads.Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills.
