Position Overview:
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Team Leader to join the team.This role is focused to develop advanced software solutions to optimize our business operations. In this role, responsibilities will include supervising Junior Software Developers, analyzing software performance and integration of new software.
Essential Job Functions:
Coding for high-risk/high-complexity areas or establishing patterns for other developers to follow
Collaborating with Project Managers/Architects on establishing requirements and overall design
Collaborating with management to develop overall project schedules while providing accurate
Strong knowledge on Framework 4 and above, VB.net/Asp.net/C#.Net
Hands on experience on MVC/WCF/Web services
Experience working with Ajax, jQuery and JavaScript Framework such as Angular.js
Hands on experience on .Net Console applications
Should have good understanding of Application Support and business processes for the development and deployment of enterprise level applications
Strong knowledge on MySQL & MS SQL in writing queries and stored procedures /Functions etc.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Research into new tools, techniques, and best practices + facilitating knowledge sharing within the team
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Over all 7+ years of experience in .Net based projects.
Handled a team with minimum of 5 to 10 members.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science, Information System or other technology-related degrees
Good Exposure in Technical Support and Problem Solving.
Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, REST, AngularJS, Bootstrap and JSON
Hands on experience in MYSQL & SQL Server database.
Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or similar.
Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.
Interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to keep up with latest industry trends and innovation.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with frequent system use
Sitting for long periods of time
