Your role
Is the Software Engineer in Test responsible for delivering QA activities across the Markets Regulation portfolio of projects.

Your team
You’ll be working within the IB Core Services team, responsible for delivering trade reporting and order recordkeeping capabilities for the IB. This is a global team of experts, providing new technology, best in class solutions.
Your expertise
9 to 12 years of experience in testing complex systems and business flowsWorks as functional domain expert for the application under test within the scrum and collaborating with extended teams across Hybrid Pod(s)test automation experience using various tools like Selenium, REST Assured etc
working experience with CUCUMBER, TestNG automation frameworkfull understanding of SDLC, QA and Defect Lifecycleexperience with Test data identification & creation
working experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Quality Centre)strong in Java programmingexperience in building/Maintaining automation frameworks using Javasupports achieving CI / CD goals where automation can be integrated with build pipeline(s) on GitLab or Githubhands on experience with test automation on cloud (Azure/AWS etc)working experience with SQL
experience with UNIX
experience with performance testing using jmeter, Performance Center will be preferredexperience in Banking & Financial Markets ,QA Experience with Hadoop/Big data will be plushand on experience with Python scripting will be plusengage proactively with QA Manager regarding project statuses, resourcing, risksteam handling experience to drive efficiency from QA team.hands on experience with test planning and defining test strategy for the changes.effective leadership skills to drive quality test deliverables as per delivery commitments.
