Manage the backlog and lead Agile Ceremonies. Actively manages features and dependencies in and across product releases.
Guide the team towards stable throughput and velocity.
Lead business interactions and governance meetings.
Create and manage project milestone and releases.
Ensure compliance with the IT security guidelines.
Participate in Project forecasts and infrastructure procurements.
Perform Code reviews and ensure safe code standards are met.
Architect Engagements for the new Features
Demonstrate new features of AEM and work on POCs.
Engage with central Engineering and Adobe and plan for AEM upgrades.
Co-ordinate with the interfacing teams and facilitate enhancements.
Lead prod deployments and ensure change control processes are met.
Monitor and respond/resolve the Production outages.
Follow incident management process and ensure SLAs are met.
Should clearly communicate product vision to team members and stakeholders.
Initiates/translates the product road map into manageable product features in the backlog
Understands business and user priorities, and technical feasibility in order to prioritize the product backlog and manage risks.
Identifies risks, and implements mitigation and contingency plans, focused on early mitigation or elimination of Risks.
Gathers customer and internal feedback to drive improvements and inform product roadmap
Continuously ensures that iterations and the overall product direction will meet business objectives.
Communicate often and openly with the team by being responsive to in-person prompts.
Responsible for conducting AAR and DR for the applications supported
Support Continuous improvements in the applications through Problem Management / 8D methodologies if required.
