12+ years of relevant engineering experience from technology driven company with over 5+ years in full cycle program/ project experience managing large scale programs.

Lead and manage high performing teams of Application & Middleware developments.
Responsible for reviewing, monitoring, controlling and supporting growth of a portfolio of discrete projects & delivering them as per agreed timelines, cost and quality parameters.
[Primary Skills]:
Project and program management skills with past experience in establishing project objectives, build work plans, assemble teams, and deliver results.
Technical background with experience in delivering projects for Consumer Electronics products
Program management experience in development or Testing in Mac, Linux, android, iOS & Windows platform.
Experience in utilizing project management practices and tools. Well organized and hands on with the ability to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
Participates in developing proposals to develop estimates and work-breakdown with team and project team managers
Effectively communicate and influence both technical and non-technical customers.
Experience with agile or other program management methodologies.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Develops and leverages effective interpersonal networks across all affected organizations.
