Debugging of test interface HW (load board)Process experiment (split) definitionDriving failure analysis to completionData analysis and data correlationSkills RequiredMasters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering0-3 years of experience. Knowledge of Electrical/Electronic engineering fundamentals, digital, analog, mixed-signal, and VLSI.
