Job Description : In this role, an individual will be responsible for implementing solutions and processes leveraging tools in the Microsoft 365 site with a focus on creating a secure and productive experience for peers and colleagues within a hybrid working environment.
Implement solutions within the Microsoft 365 stack focused on increasing employee productivity
Provide guidance and mentorship for peers and colleagues within the Workplace Technology organization
Responsible for day-to-day monitoring and proactive maintenance of UEM platforms within the Microsoft 365 stack as well as third party tools used to augment Microsoft entitlements
Ownership and resolution of level 3 escalations
Documentation and process definition
Your Key Responsibilities
Experience with the following platforms and technologies:
Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
Azure Active Directory
Basic Azure administration skills
Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
PowerShell
Azure Virtual Desktop
Windows 10, including Autopilot
OneDrive
macOS
iOS
Android
Patching principles, including Windows Update for Business
Windows Hello for Business
Microsoft Defender
Conditional Access
Software distribution and maintenance
Understanding of Microsoft 365 Licensing Model
Documentation development and review
Clear and concise communication skills
Willingness to work within and team with architectural oversight
Willingness to grow and expand skillset to meet the demand of evolving technology and business requirements
