What will I be doing
Work with product team to define stories and acceptance criteria.
Research and proof-of-concept initiatives in new and emerging technology spaces.
Be part of the entire Software Development Life Cycle.
Drive evaluation and learn new tools and technologies to keep technology stack modern as needed for the Product solution.
Highly technical individual, with team management and technology leadership experience, possessing expertise and experience working across multiple components or one entire application.
Manage a team of experienced and motivated engineers to build industry-leading products.
Work with global product team to define stories and acceptance criteria.
Review unit, functional and performance tests to certify the team’s work is good.
Champion evaluation and learn new tools and technologies to keep technology stack modern as needed for the Product solution.
Coach and mentor engineers within the team as well as partner with engineers across the supply chain to share successful architectural patterns
Lead engineers of working in an Agile team
Skills and Experience
10+ years of software development experience with at least one full cycle implementation from requirement to production
2+ years people management experience in engineering
5+ year’s experience in technical leadership roles
Proficiency in Angular | React
Excellent written communication skills and ability to document technical content
Experience in building highly scalable distributed systems
Superb written communication skills and ability to coach teams to produce excellent content
Desired Qualifications
Must have had exposure to JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, Grunt
Excellent programming skills on UI tech stack(Angular JS | React JS | D3 JS)
Excellent programming skills with HTML5, CSS3,SVG, OOCSS, LESS, SASS, Responsive Design
Must have had exposure to browser technologies JavaScript(ES6), CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap
Scaling the application performance
Configurable modules or components
Experience with Test Driven Development
Knowledge of agile development methodology
