Job Description : Job Brief Our Client is looking for an 6 + years experienced UI/UX Designer to work with their Agile team who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our B2C & B2B digital assets. – The designer should ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual designs. – The designer should work closely with the Product Owner in transforming the business requirements into visual designs.Responsibilities Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers* Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps* Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering* Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets* Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how screen function and look like* Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)* Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders* Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)* Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback* Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images*Qualification & Requirements Any graduate / BE/B.tech /BCA/MCA or any relevant course with following skills: Proficiency with HTML, CSS,JavaScript, jQuery, good knowledge in any of these frameworks: Angular,Node,View, React * Knowledge in WordPress will be an advantage * Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)* Understanding of key design principles.* Good problem-solving skills* Good time-management skills* Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders* Preferred but not must Graduation in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Designs* Salary Rs.6 to Rs.7 lacs per annum plus company benefits and excellent career growth options* Work experience in Travel Industry preferable but not mandatory*Note : a. This position is based at Cochin and out station candidate if selected should be in a position to relocate to Cochin on long term basis.* b. Interview will be held at Cochin branch office by the Board of Directors from parent company head quartered at Dubai, UAE.
