The challenge

Being part of the one of the strategic team at Adobe, you will work closely with the global business stakeholders and field organization in creating Demo Tools in Adobe Experience Could and Commerce Cloud Solutions like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Magento and Adobe Experience platform.
What you’ll do
Works on complex use cases/demos/tools where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of scope and development approach.
Exercise judgement in selecting development methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Utilize your deep multi-solution experience to align DX solutions to the prospect’s functionality requirements and solution objectives.
Networks with key contacts outside areas of own expertise (BU/Engineering).
May have matrix reporting relationships across business units(DSS)
Take responsibility for leading developers and acting as SCRUM master in absence of PM
Proactively gather and evaluate stakeholder feedback. Identify and continuous improvements in the implementation approach, technical design, resource utilisation.
Leading scoping calls with internal/external stakeholders.
Working with project architect to define and evaluate implementation and deployment architectures.
Making sure delivery timelines are met and taking responsibility for execution plan.
Project documentation and socialization to leadership, sales, partners, and professional services.
Ensuing standards and best practices are documented and being followed in the team.
Tasks assignment based on capacity, skills and expertise.
Show the developers better ways of doing things and help them improve their skills so that we all become better at our jobs.
What you need to succeed
B.Tech/B.E or Equivalent degree from an accredited educational institution
Working experience in digital experience (web content management, web analytics, personalization social marketing) or sales of similar software products or in the use of those products in target client base, or a combination of both. Adobe digital experience solution knowledge a plus
Must have good Programming experience in HTML, CSS , javascript, jQyery, React JS and Angular
Should have good experience in developing mobile application using XCode and React Native.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of databases and operating systems.
Having Adobe Experience Manager with AEM modules like Sites, Assets, Forms and Screens is an addon.
Should be exposed to the concept of PWA, Headless and SPA.
Knowledge of AEM integration with other Experience and Commerce cloud Solution is a plus.
Deep expertise on latest industry known frontend frameworks & algorithms
Very good knowledge of software development patterns and frameworks.
Ability to teach other concepts of software development life-cycle.
Ability to develop test plans and code unit testing of code components or complete applications.
Experience working on a variety of software development projects with SCRUM certification.
Knowledge of the cloud computing concepts as relevant to DX
Ability to build and deploy applications
Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
