Job Description : Job Description: Technical Product ManagerWe are looking for a rock-star candidate to work our team at Engagely.ai. You will be responsible for building, scalingand promoting our conversational AI and BI product and driving customer acquisition for enterprise customers forthe product; hence we expect the candidate to be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a data andnumber driven approach. The role requires a self-starter and innovative product manager who is tech savvy,passionate about AI and understand the business impact of conversational AI.Roles and Responsibilities:Work with the Product Director and Lead Product Manager to establish a shared vision across the product, techand R&D teams.Lead the ideation, scoping, launch and continued adoption of product and featuresDevelop the product strategy, go-to-market, positioning and messaging with the Product Marketing teamBuild consensus on the priorities of product execution to deliver on the visionDrive product development with a team of world-class engineers, data scientists and designersEngage and work closely with the Engineering team to determine the best technical implementation methods, areasonable execution schedule and foster accountabilityTake a user-centric view to understand customer needs and gather requirementsIntegrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirementsLove your metrics! Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of the product and all dependantsWhat to bring:B.Tech Grad with MBA with 4-6 years of experienceExperience as software development engineer preferredUnderstanding and articulating customer’s needs.Comfortable working with data.
