Job Description : Role:
GiveIndia is looking for a video editor with 2-3 years of experience in editing meaningful, crisp and creative videos. The role is an integral part of the GiveIndia marketing team with a focus on visual storytelling for our crowdfunding platform.

Who are open to constructive feedback, design rework and edits.
Who can multitask, manage time well and do not get hassled by deadlines.
Who believe in constantly upgrading their skills and keeping themselves up to date with industry trends.
Responsibilities:
Curate and assemble video footage to create stunning videos for social media channels, ads etc
To work on various video formats including fundraising campaign videos, testimonial videos etc.
The videos must be edited as per the target audience and in a way that best conveys the required message.
Audio engineering and selecting appropriate music to set the tone and mood for the video.
Conceptualise and follow video format templates that can minimize effort and maximize output.
Colour grading the final cut.
Reordering and fine-tuning footage and adding audio, voice-overs, dialogues, graphics and effects for the final cut.
Coordination with the content team to deliver all assets in time.
Experience in videography is a must. Might have to shoot videos if required
Regular benchmarking with peers both in India and global institutions for continuous improvement whilst adhering to our brand/tonality/visual guidelines.
Skills :
Possess expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Flash, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience in editing different video formats and have a powerful aesthetic sense.
Ability to understand the music and mood of videos.
Knowledge of filming and direction.
Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style
