The world’s largest brands trust Saviynt to accelerate digital transformation, empower distributed workforces, and meet continuous compliance.In this role, you are needed to perform video editing and postproduction of technical training courses which are part of Saviynt education services defined curriculum, and deliver the same training content to our worldwide Partners, Customers, and Employees. The beginner-level technical courses help us to onboard new Saviynt Partners, Customers, and Employees, whereas the advanced courses are suitable for more seasoned Saviynt IDM experts. We are looking for a talented Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director’s vision and is suitable for broadcasting. Ultimately, as a Film and Video Editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive storyResponsibilities: 1. Editing video pieces in a way that is invisible to our audience 2. Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film 3. Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects 4. Create rough and final cuts 5. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running 6. Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process 7. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency. 8. Insert audio to enhance the video output, which may include editing audio, selecting music, and writing voice-oversExperience: Minimum two years of experience in producing and editing videos for corporate or social platforms The ideal candidate will have well-rounded experience in video/audio content, post-production, film, non-linear editing, and more. Ability to do rapid mock-ups for stakeholder approval Experience with content management/learning management/online publishing systems Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service ethic, and enjoys working with a diverse group of people. Creativity and a collaborative spirit are essential. Proven work experience as a Video Editor Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, and Final Cut) Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing BS degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field Creative experience in filmmaking and Editing Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with stakeholders and the ability to bring them to life Experience in editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music, and transitions Proficient in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals to supply the audience with top-notch finalized productsSaviynt is an amazing place to work.
