Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual who possesses strong technical leadership and ability, to work on our managed services team. You must have a demonstrated track record of successfully managing day-to-day tasks while at the same time staying on track to more strategic goals, projects and initiatives.

The key focus will be providing service provider grade Windows and VMware technical support and innovation. The role also requires customer account ownership at a technical level, so clear communication written and verbal is also a must.

Responsibilities :
Resolve the majority of complex configuration problems by troubleshooting.

Deep technical problem isolation and resolution capability

Strict adherence to the use of the ticketing system for ALL incidents, changes and problems.

Escalation to Vendor support when required to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.

Ability to correlate incident trends into problem management and execute permanent fixes.

Timely generation of customer-facing incident reports (within 3 business days of the incident)

Execute monthly patch management research, reports, and implementation on system infrastructure.

Analyze troubleshooting techniques output, diagnose problems remotely

Requirements

Minimum 4+ Years of experience into Windows & VMWare Domain.

Experience with monitoring server performance and security controls

Experience in troubleshooting Windows server and VMWare issues.

Interacting with client over calls and provide details and reasoning of the deliverables.

Ready to support for UK and US time schedule whenever it required.

Good verbal and written communication skill.

Should be providing level 2 support in Windows Server and VMWare team.

Proficient in troubleshooting the server and VMWare issues.

Server administration – Good technical knowledge regarding deployment and maintenance on Windows server.

Analytical skills – This role requires Application Administrators to interpret error logs, monitor application performance data, and assess user information to ensure server reliability.

Communication skills – Should have excelled written and verbal communication.

Need to frequently work with both IT professionals and end users, Windows administrators so effective written and verbal communication skills is required.

Problem-solving – Administrators often need to employ creative and technical problem-solving techniques while installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows systems and servers.

MCSA/MCSE Certified preferred.
