Role Description
Role Description: QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our professional and cool team. You will work closely with client on manual & automation testing.

In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills. If you also have hands-on experience in software testing and agile methodologies, we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 4-8 years

Role and responsibilities.

Build the automation framework
Perform manual tests for new features.
Write complicated, real life tests scenarios.
Good exposure in reporting
Test both in production and in staging environments.
Work with R&D in agile squads, as an integrated part of the development process.
Drill down into the smallest of details while guarding the true essence of the product
Strong technical skills, fast learner with the ability to deep dive into complex problems & find root cause
Handle releases and troubleshoot issues
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Self-motivated and self-driven to work against tight timelines
Team player & can multi-task based on project needs.

Technical skills requirements

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in:

QA methodologies, tools, and processes:

o Writing clear test plans, Selenium, Appium automation tests

o web & mobile application quality assurance

o Reporting

3+ years’ experience in Java & JavaScript
GIT

Certifications (Preferred)

Nice-to-have skills

Experience with AWS
Experience with MongoDB
Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD pipeline
Experience with various frontend unit test frameworks – Cypress.
Familiarity with Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana

Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline is required
Demonstrated ability to work well in an agile team environment
