Role Description
Role Description: Technical Lead
We are searching for a self-driven Senior Test Lead with experience in networking domain and on tools like network management system, network planner or any other UI based test tools.
Role and responsibilities.
Understand the test requirements and getting the team aligned with the same.
Driving the team on all technical aspects, interacting with client for all technical inputs and queries.
Automation and integration of complex processes.
Research and integrate new technologies into existing stack.
Technical skills requirements
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,
Experience of REST APIs and POSTMAN.
Experienced in Selenium, Python or any other Object-oriented scripting language.
Working experience in testing the web based and desktop-based applications.
Good understanding of various user interface architecture like SNMP, CLI.
Should have worked in different automation framework development.
Good understanding of testing concepts and hands-on experience in functional/sanity/regression testing.
CI/CD: Jenkins (pipelines in Groovy), Github Actions
Scripting: Python is a must
Strong written and oral communication skills.
High levels of motivation with a can-do attitude.
Certifications (Preferred)
Nice-to-have skills
Understanding of routers, switches and basic protocols.
Problem solving mind and attitude
Effective communication skills – written, spoken, listening and presentation
Great Team player
Genuine interest in learning and knowledge sharing
Basic understanding of Agile Practices and methodologies.
Experience in on-site execution/integration support is a plus
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline is required
Demonstrated ability to work well in an agile team environment
