Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION : ​✓ Responsible for people management and career development activities, onboarding, training, Product Development.✓ Responsible for leading a group of aerospace engineers, UI/UX engineer to perform conceptual design, analysis & development of new products with necessary innovative changes to existing products.✓ Work with multi-level engineering disciplines and co-developers to ensure timely realization of competitive, minimum viable products.✓ Responsible for resource allocation working with Project Leaders to anticipate program staffing and skillset needs.✓ Lead continuous improvement projects to further improve the quality and efficiency of the organization.Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years full time industry experienceExpert knowledge of object-oriented programming methodology & multi-layered system architecturesExpert knowledge of C++Expert knowledge of multi-threaded systemsExperience with modern integrated development environments and debuggers Specific Skill Set (Mandatory) :Experience with Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) protocolExperience with Avionics re-hosting ProtocolReal-time graphics operationFamiliarity with simulation Instructor Operator Stations (IOS)Exposure to other languages such as: python or CJob Requirements➢ Engineering / Physics degree required, M-Tech Aerospace Simulation Engineer or equivalent experience.➢ Minimum 1+ years in a people leadership role.➢ Possess strong leadership and ownership characteristics – demonstrated commitment to achieving results on time.➢ Have strong written and oral communicative skills – ability to communicate effectively to your team and to senior management.➢ Demonstrated “team player” with a quality orientation and interpersonal skills.➢ Capability to interface with multidisciplinary groups (including senior leadership), and be willing to take on responsibility, follow through and keep multiple simultaneous projects on schedule.➢ The employee is occasionally required to move around the campus.➢ The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.➢ May require travel dependent on company needs.➢ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.➢ Can work under deadlines.➢ The environment generally is moderate in temperature and noise level.➢ Must be able to read and interpret critical data, information, and documents.➢ Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work.➢ Can learn and apply new information or skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹120,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total workaerospace simulation: 2 years (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 25/02/2022Expected Start Date: 25/02/2022
