Qualifications

The right candidate must have around 7+ years of experience after Bachelors or 5 years after Masters Degree. He/She must have experience in High Speed Analog Layouts, RF Layouts. Experience with mmW designs are considered added advantage. The candidate must have owned Large Design blocks and involved in the Floorplanning and Power planning for the designs. Good experience with Cadence and Synopsys verification tools, must have problem solving attitude and able to work individually. Good debugging skills of the DRC, LVS, Density and Antenna errors is a must. Skill Sets Required Experience with High Speed Analog/IOs/ESD and RF Designs Worked with FinFET preferably advanced nodes Top level Floorplanning and planning the Power Distribution. Tools: Virtouso/ICC2/Calibre/PERC Added Advantage – Experience with SKILL/TCL/PERL, Place and Route Tools Your area of responsibility: We are looking for Analog Engineers with analog design and CMOS technology background, to focus on one the following areas: Understand Analog Power, Performance and Area requirements in the GHz range, including assessment of the most advanced CMOS FinFet tech nodes, device selection, modeling, and full custom design Provide and qualify silicon design collaterals (libraries, design guidelines, verification strategy, tools and flows, etc.) to design teams Develop circuit simulation, layout and layout verification methodologies to extract the best performance out of the foundry provided data, including statistical, Electromagnetic, harmonic balance, etc. Create ESD and LU methodologies and design ESD protection devices and circuits to meet product requirements Ensure that reliability parameters are upfront designed into the products by educating design teams on needed methodologies and providing the required tool configurations Partner with Silicon Foundry and EDA vendors to ensure we timely address customer design team issues You will become part of a company which continues to change the world through its brilliant people.
