Job Description
Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and scripts in Python)
Should be good in programming – python language preferred.
Should be strong in MySQL or any database service.
Ability to translate business needs to technical specifications, understand the requirements thoroughly and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the deliverability on time with great quality.
Should be able to create monitoring queries based on the business requirements.
Experience in creating automated alerts and reports.
Experience in creating DB tables, maintaining data for reports and analysis
Ability to analyse and monitor the automated reports and be proactive in capturing in any issues.
Experience in interpreting data and turning it into analytical reports which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions.
Should be a quick learner and a good team player.
Qualifications
Evaluate and improve existing monitoring framework
Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
Convert the Semi-automated monitoring framework into complete automated framework
Fixing and enhancing the existing scripts to improve efficiency in the process
Ability to guide the team members to develop automated alerts
To assist with ongoing support and act as a Subject Matter Expert for various solutions
To identify areas for modifying existing process and subsequently developing the modifications
Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
Create visualizations and reports for business needs
Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g., reporting tools) Tableau
Summarizing the monitoring reports to Managers on a daily and monthly basis
Taking part in the daily stand-up and provide updates
Taking part in release demos and product walk-through sessions
Updating the monitoring queries on a regular basis based on the changes/releases
Work with Documentation Services Team to document all requirements and implementations
Collaborate with the team and learn any new tools and its implementations like – salesforce, service cloud, etc
