Job Description : The APS6 Stakeholder Insights Analyst is required to exercise both initiative and judgment in the interpretation of technical operational functions incorporating ITIL 4 best practices and procedures. They will provide detailed technical and professional advice in relation to complex analysis to assist the Technology Operations Branch to identify continuous improvement opportunities for systems, process, and procedures in a multi service provider environment.

The Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) is responsible for national digital health services and systems, with a focus on engagement, innovation and clinical quality and safety. Our focus is on putting data and technology safely to work for patients, consumers and the healthcare professionals who look after them. Key products the Agency is responsible for are the My Health Record, Electronic Prescriptions and the MyHealth app.
About the Role
The APS6 Stakeholder Insights Analyst will be required to:
Provide accurate and specialised advice including anticipating problems and contributing to issues management
Provide continuous improvement opportunities for the Incident and Problem Management teams using analytical techniques to support ITIL service value creation, as well as the use of analytical techniques to support the ITIL service value chain
Implement data quality & assurance processes based on ITIL4 Framework as well as producing data analysis reports and presentations with the intention of providing value for the Technology Operations branch.
Monitor team operational KPI’s to ensure performance is constantly monitored and evaluated to support continual improvement, alignment, and value creation.
Manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve work area and agency goals.
Anticipate and respond to stakeholder needs and expectations.
Assess and maintain data integrity through analysis of regular processes, auditing existing usage and workflows.
Conduct onboarding and training for Technology Operations Functional Event & Incident Managers (FEIMs) across all divisions.
Skills and Experience
The success of the APS6 Stakeholder Insights Analyst will be supported by:
Demonstrated experience with survey creation and analysis, strong data management & data integration skills
Operational/Engagement analytics experience with the proven ability to translate insights from data into an ITIL Data and Analytics Model
University degree in Business or Information Technology (highly desirable)
ITIL 4 Foundation certification (desirable)
Experience with visualisation tools like Tableau/Power BI will be viewed favourably
Experience with a CRM tool such as Microsoft Dynamics or an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow
Eligibility
Applicants must possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency. All applicants must also have the ability to obtain and maintain national police check. It is also a condition of eligibility that all applicants possess Australian Citizenship.
