We claimed ourselves as the pioneer ed-tech platform focusing on developing digital skills through a defined learning path and diverse learning style to provide confidence in career growth for young talent.

Currently, our technology team will expand and getting bigger to create an impact for our technology education in Indonesia and currently we’re looking for Art Director for our internal Binar Academy!

Closely work with Product Marketing Manager to strategize & develop marketing campaign

Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of creative specialists, managing outputs and negotiating priorities for the team (B2B & B2C)

Responsible for all creative direction & output for Binar

Lead strong, effective design for high frequency, multi platform content

Hands-on design, follow through to the production of the deliverables, with a deep understanding of the working processes

Look for ways to improve content in terms of art direction processes.
Minimum of 1 year experience as Art Director;

Have a previous experience in managing a team;

Extensive experience working as part of creative teams in fast-

paced environments;

Self-motivated and comfortable prioritizing workload with minimal

supervision;

The ability to collaborate, to take constructive criticism, and to

seek out and act on peer/feedback, all of which are essential to

good team chemistry;

Someone with a good potential of leadership and ability to

influence & persuade people.
