Established over 100 years ago, our client is an established and thriving business!The Role & Responsibilities of the Assistant AccountantMaintaining Fixed Asset Register and Associated depreciation / disposals journalsMonthly VAT submission to HMRCOffice for National Statistics returnsCo-ordinating the weekly stock take data and analysing the information and resolving discrepancies.Assist with Balance Sheet ReconciliationsSupport the Management Accountant to produce the Quarterly Accounts*Requirements of the Assistant Accountant*Previous experience working within a busy accounts teamProficient user of Excel, capable of utilising VLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables and Conditional FormattingExperience using NetSuite would be beneficial but not essentialWhat will you get in returnWorking Monday – Friday 08:30am – 5pm, 1hr lunchJob Type: TemporarySalary: £13.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to Friday
