Artemis are delighted to be working with a reputable Belfast based employer. This public sector organisation are seeking to grow their busy finance function by adding a capable assistant accountant to their busy team. Reporting to the company accountant, this role will assist in managing the group’s various finance entities.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and processing payroll.
Maintaining the company’s purchase and sales ledgers.
Assisting with monthly management accounts preparation.
Assisting with bank reconciliations, VAT & journals.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience working within a finance focused role.
Experience with processing payroll, month end preparation and bank reconciliations.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and hard-working individual.
Excellent communication skills.
