Roles & Responsibilities

The LEGO e-Commerce team optimises the digital findability, visual presentation and the online and mobile sales of the LEGO brand and product portfolio. It is our objective to offer shoppers a unique and top-quality LEGO experience to generate high brand affinity and to increase LEGO sales.

Core Responsibilities

Ecommerce Content & Merchandising (80%)

Support development of merchandising strategy, assortment and catalog selection, digital shelf improvement, and all other digital merchandising activities for B2B eCommerce partners across the SEA including but not limited to Lazada, Shopee and Amazon;
Lead set-up and optimization for AMS Product Detail Page (title, text, image), and monitor digital shelf quality through auditing and health reporting;
Has an eye for creative, attention to details. Familiar with photoshop (or similar app) is a strong plus;
Collaborate with creative stakeholders to ensure content and assets are optimized for merchandising efforts;
Cross-functional collaboration with Item Set Up, Account Leads, Search, Creative, and external partners to audit and enhance content;
Develop insights and share learnings and opportunities to optimize Ecommerce sales;
Act as a point of contact with Ecommerce Merchandizing partners and service providers including to facilitate content syndication and ensure consistency across platforms and systems;
Site Navigation Auditing – partner with ecommerce partners and service provides to refresh SKUs and monitor assortment for shelf excellence;
Product Listing Support (ex. Pre-orders, passion point executions, proper naming conventions);
Leverage analytics team to develop & communicate data-driven insights based on digital merchandising activity to drive growth.

Individual Leadership (20%)

Demonstrate and role model proactive and forward-looking behaviors that anticipate milestones and deliver solutions for key seasons and launches;
Consistently seek greater understanding of our customers’ marketing priorities, capabilities, and test and learn agendas to establish LEGO as a clear leader in shopper activation;
Stay at the forefront of understanding omnichannel best practices to champion new opportunities.

Establishing eCommerce strategy and its implementation is key growth driver for LEGO in SEA. eCommerce team is expected to manage all the eCommerce activations with best-in-class quality by collaborating with other functions e.g. Marketing, Sales, Operations, Regional team to deliver harmonized brand experience across the touch points.

Do you have what it takes?
Experience in digital merchandising within Ecommerce strongly preferred;
Has an eye for creative, attention to details. Familiar with photoshop (or similar app) is a strong plus;
Proven shopper marketing and/or project management experience, including developing effective promotional calendars, activating sales programs, and measuring results;
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills necessary to present and communicate critical information and programs to stakeholders within the LEGO Group and with eCommerce partners;
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while managing many projects at once;
Comfort with technology, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications;
Knowledge of MS Office with particular emphasis in Excel and Power Point;
Previous experience with ecommerce marketplaces;
Thrives in an Agile Environment;
Strong knowledge of photoshop (or similar app) is a strong plus point but not a must have.
