Job Description : Build, strengthen and utilize commercial relations with new and existing accounts, negotiating on promotional activities and pricing, in order to realize the commercial objectives; Creating and executing demand generation to drive traffic & conversation.

University graduated, any major
Has Key Account Executive or E-commerce experience at least for 3 years
Understand business//market to develop more business opportunity, sales and distribution process (channel), promotion strategy, and project management
Financial understanding, especially budgeting
Knowledge of customer behavior, assortment knowledge

Understand e-commerce end to end mechanics

Vacancy description
Create & execute Demand Generation plan to drive traffic & conversions (sales)
Ensure digital media plan in place, Creating promotion material in digital platform
Execute new user acquisition program
Explore any new ideas with ecommerce to integrate between marketing activity with ecommerce platform (small program, monthly program)
monitor the process brand campaign well-executed in ecommerce platform
Monitor the awareness and traffic increment with brand team
Check & Explore potential platform that can be onboarded and formulize trading term
Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting
Ensure trade spent of accounts are within allocated budget
Build relationship with account to increase trust and partnership
Monthly sales performance and analysis of accounts
Collaborate with brand team to ensure relevant and in line promotion as well as support
Collaborate with E-Comm Media & Marketing PIC & Brand Team
