Get to know the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the Marketing Manager while also leading his/her own projects. We believe a successful candidate has experience in B2B marketing, is a self-motivated individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic & fast-paced environment, also have a clear understanding of end-to-end marketing strategies and be able to break down complex issues into executable strategies and detailed tactics, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way.
The Day-to-Day Activities
Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning. React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimize in between campaign activities.
Support Marketing Manager to drive business growth across all target segments with demand-generation activities via acquisition/leads and retention initiatives that hit business objectives
Work closely with all key stakeholders including GFB Sales Team & Product Marketing team and supporting functions to deliver high-quality work for creative, PR, Media buying, etc
Work with marketing analytics to analyse insights into how consumers are using our platform and translate these into innovative campaigns by identifying business opportunities based on various insights from multiple industries, accounts and client segmentations
Manage weekly & monthly reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns to Country Marketing Head & other Business Directors, using data to drive better campaigns as well as being able to catch up with the current trends, competitive environment, and make proper & useful insights.
Able to find the sweet balance between brand communication and commercial in order to prompt maximum growth by optimizing user segmentation

Increasing business revenue
Increasing GFB active business users
Dormant/Churn Reactivation
GFB as the brand/product of choice for corporate clients
The Must-Haves
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and/or brand management and well versed in B2B Marketing Strategy & Communication
Has strong marketing, brand communication, and project management skills while also able to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines, passionate in B2B Marketing and has good sense of ownership to meet the deadlines
Proficient in digital marketing, has good analytical skills and able to work with data and analysis. Well versed in operating Tableau, Holistic, or similar softwares will be advantageous.
Advanced communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management, independent but also a good team player with a customer-oriented mindset, and experienced working with large cross functional teams.
Comfortable in influencing high-level stakeholders.
Does not mind having to do the ‘dirty works’ in order to unearth actionable insights and ensure everything will be launched/executed smoothly.
