Job Description : As our Assistant Manager- HR Operations (Individual Contributor), you will be based out of our Bangalore office and deliver HR services and build the best-in-class HR practices across our offices, in Singapore, Manila, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Australia and USA
This role requires you to be well-versed in all areas of the HR life cycle, demonstrate experience and success of implementation of HR processes and framework. You should have a track record of managing employee lifecycle and work in an international work environment. You will be reporting to our Associate Director – Global Operations – Human Resource, based in India.
Your responsibilities but not limited to are stated below:
Deliver HR operations on the entire Employee lifecycle for employees e.g., payroll admin, vendor management, HR audit (Internal/External), HR Letters, Offer Letters, Benefits Administration, pre-onboarding, onboarding, HR induction, Exits & Work pass, and work visa)
Implementation and manage HR practices including HRMS, onboarding, performance appraisals, off Boarding, and employee handbook.
Owner of employee data creation, audit, and update records on HR systems.
Prepare, review and support HR reporting.
HR Compliance (e.g., maintain files & personal sensitive records of employees) and ensure HR governance for all HR systems, processes, and regulations for our offices across locations as per the local requirement.
Co-lead, support and manage SOPs and documentation for all HR processes.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
Conduct trainings on policies, HRMS, HR Processes and HR related programs.
Support special projects as needed.
Requirements
What we expect
7+ years or more experience in multi country HR operations/HR shared services environment.
Exposure to a start-up environment and implementation if HRMS and HRIS
Understand the HR policies, procedures, and labour laws. Formulate HR policies as required.
Self-starter, people oriented and with strong communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills, team player, enthusiastic, proactive, and service-minded.
MUST be able to communicate in English clearly, both written and verbal, as to communicate with employees, members of the leadership team and business. Stakeholders
MUST be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a professional manner, and skilfully gather and analyse information.
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities independently and in a timely manner.
Prior experience in SAP
