Job Description : We have opening for below postPosition : Assistant Manager / Manager – AccountsLocation: WadaSalary : 6lac-10lacExperience : 7-10 yearsQualification : Minimum B. Com (M. Com or Inter CA preferred)Industry : Manufacturing Industry (Mandatory) and Engineering Segment(Preferable)Requirement : 1. Review of expenses and making month end provisions2. Obtaining complete stock of all divisions and valuations of thesame to be done for Bank in Bank formats and also working ofNon Moving stock to be released to management on monthlybasis – to automate report in SAP3. Preparing weekly creditors ageing report & allocating funds tocreditors for making payment. Reviewing weekly payment fileand uploading the same on bank portal4. Reviewing vendor advances and coordinating with requestor toclose the same5. Retrieving of all major expense data & analysis after scrutiny ofMfg Expenses, Admin & Marketing expenses6. Checking, rectification and monitoring of all Cost centre onmonthly basis7. Fixed Asset Additions entries & Running Depreciation in SAPmonth on month8. Quarterly Verification of Inventory along with team & Obtain datafrom concerned department of SM/NM & present tomanagement. Ensure adequate provisioning9. Review, Rectification and validation of all masters in system10. Completing Month end activity in SAP and releasing variancereport11. Preparing of Balance sheet & Profit and loss in Sch VI for the year12. Scrutiny of all Ledger accounts13. Updating activity rates in KP 26 every quarter & as & Whenrequired14. Business Analytics Reports as per annexure15. Assisting in various initiatives / improvement projects16. Assisting in MIS preparation and analysis17. Co coordinating with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, CostAuditors18. Assistance in completing of various Depart. Assessments19. Come up with improvement initiatives to either reduce manualwork through automation within/outside SAP or assist inreporting/analysis to organizationAble to manage team of 1-2 membersJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shift
