The Opportunity:
The Rewards Solutions practice is a leading team of dedicated and passionate analysts and consultants who collaborate with our clients to design, enhance and maintain reward strategies and programs.
As an Associate Consultant you will help deliver remuneration and benefit surveys to clients, whilst becoming a ‘go to person’ for your colleagues and clients on industry related topics.
Duties include:
A broad and varied support role working with senior stakeholders in the delivery of value to clients
Data analysis and modelling (proprietary Aon data and external data sources)
Communicating findings clearly to the internal client engagement and consulting project teams
Presenting findings from specific workstreams to clients during delivery meeting
Maintaining a high level of client data quality through the use of Aon tools and data validation queries with clients
Meeting all survey deadlines in order to achieve revenue expectations per product
Developing industry knowledge and understanding client segment trends
Dealing with client’s tactical questions and developing knowledge to become the go-to person in an industry/ies
About you:
Degree Qualified
Highly analytical and detail-oriented with relevant experience in a client supporting / consulting environment
Able to develop simple solutions to complex problems
Proactive and a self-starter
Able to demonstrate a track record of success
Confident in presenting work to colleagues and clients
Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
HR, Rewards or Human Capital background would be preferred, but not required
