This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, security guard management and alarm response, incident management, corporate building security and customer/visitor/client safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, executive protection, pre-employment screening, security operations on a global basis, and fraud Investigations.
Overview & Responsibilities
The Business Management Associate will work under the direction of the Business Management Lead in order to deliver multiple GS programs pan the Corporate Centres in India, support project management activities, senior management business reporting, governance of the people agenda, vendor governance , communications and strategic event and conference planning.
Reporting directly to the GS Business Management Lead (India), the successful candidate will oversee a broad and diverse portfolio of work, vendor’s and geographies.
Primary Responsibilities:

Create executive reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
Assist on all BAU reporting and analytics, for periodic reports and scorecards
Manage budgets and expenses closely
Manage the planning and execution of strategic events and conferences
Strategize and implement pan-GSC roll-out of digital and non-digital solutions
Promote intelligent automation on reports and dashboards where possible
Manage internal communications for the GS India function
Liaise with the Corporate Communications team to plan and execute branding and marketing of the flagship programs and events.
Manage the central People initiatives governance
Work closely with different GS teams to further the CAO goals and agenda

Essential Skills/Experience:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a Project / Business management role
Strong proficiency in number crunching (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
Working knowledge of SharePoint, Access and Tableau is an advantage
Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to communicate well orally and in writing, and work in a cross-functional team
Have a strong controls mindset, and be able to work with great alacrity and attention to detail
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to deliver on commitments
Must be a great team player, prepared to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
Ability to learn and understand new technologies

Associate : Graduate (8-10) years of relevant experience.
Business Results

Confidently able to prioritise efforts and deliver results toward achieve team objectives, seeking to eliminate bureaucracy, identify issues and escalate risk as necessary.
