Primary Responsibilities:
Develop Software using Salesforce Visual Force, Apex and corresponding client-side technologies, Salesforce Lightening, Service Cloud, Force.com, Visual Force, LWC, Apex, Triggers, etc.
Integrate Salesforce code with other enterprise applications using Salesforce Integration Patterns
Develop and promote tools and process to improve overall software development quality & security, and address root cause issues in PROD,
Maintain Source Code, assist in unit testing & fixing defects, and ensuring building of a high-performance code and app
Participate in PI (Program Increment) and Scrum Ceremonies such as, sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis, review and retrospective, and share status with leadership,
Support production releases ensuring appropriate quality checks and controls are followed
Develop, implement and maintain DevOps Capabilities, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices using test labs and tools
Assist in troubleshooting production issues, identifying and fixing root causes
Collaborate with other teams across the portfolio to assure the success of the overall program
Assist in conducting proof of concept work to evaluate the feasibility of implementing new tools, technology and requirements
Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing with the scrum team
Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate
Adapt and remain effective in a fast paced, changing environment

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
4+ years bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent experience
4 – 6 years of experience in creating custom applications using Salesforce (Visual Force, Apex and Lightening), Java; web services (SOAP, REST and security models, integration patterns and methods); Agile/Scrum, along with developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or a similar tool
2+ years of experience in leading and delivering enterprise or off-the-shelf commercial software using Salesforce, Visual Force, Apex and Triggers
2+ years of experience in developing code using Salesforce Lightning
Experience applying software engineering design patterns, including a strong understanding of object-oriented concepts, coding standards and practices
Experience working in a fast-pace Agile development practices with globally distributed teams
Experience applying software engineering design patterns, including a strong understanding of object-oriented concepts, coding standards and practices
Experience writing complex database SQL queries
Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and provide innovative solutions
Strong understanding of SDLC, Web Services including SOAP, REST standards and security models, integration patterns and methods
Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders from
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
Proficient in using Integrated Development Tools such as IntelliJ, Eclipse, Visual Studio along with Source Control Systems such as git
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Developer Certification
Salesforce Classic to Lightning Migration Experience
US Healthcare Experience
Exposure to CRM, Service, Issue Management applications
Development experience using Java or .NET technology
Experience with NOSQL databases such as MongoDB
