Job Description : 1. Key Responsibilities : v Attendance monitoring of Staffs & Task Performers.v Monitoring of GHK schedule, check list & Security Registers.v Grievance Handling.v Monitoring Food Quality and Hostel requirements.v Contractor Management and Manpower Sourcing.v Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of Over Time.v Monitoring Task Performers skill mapping ratio.v Orientation and Exit Interview process.v Monitoring Regulatory / Statutory documents.v Suggestion Scheme and Action Plan Implementation.2. Responsibilities : v Ensuring Code of conduct for staffs & task performers.v Checking daily cash book and vouchers.v Monitoring on time payment to contractors.v All transactions of men, material & vehicle must be recorded and inspected.v Procedure for roles & responsibilities of security personnel must be communicated & reviewed.v Coordinating with security agencies for feedback, compliance & improvement.v Safety and security of company assets at Factory.v Verification of first aid box & fire extinguisher renewal.v In case of any accident, arrangement of medical treatment for injured victims.v All statutory and regulatory licenses / certificates relevant to the industry shall be maintained.v Surveillance inspection of food quality and feed back to Canteen contractor.v Coordinating with HO system admin for hardware requirements & any trouble-shooting.v Water consumed for domestic purpose and waste water generation shall be measured and monitored.v Monitoring GHK schedule & check list on a day to day basis for compliance.v Ensuring Hospitality arrangement for customers and visitors.v Organize special events and festival celebrations.v Contractor bill verification & forwarding to HO.v Checking weekly payment to casual labors.v Monitoring daily cash book & vouchers.v Verifying weekly budget and approval by MD.v Monitoring courier transaction.v Monitoring Scrap disbursal and ensure the successful payment transaction.v Monitoring monthly salary disbursement to Staffs and Task Performers.v Induction training for all new employees on HR policies, Safety, EMS etc.,v Co-ordination with HR on man power requirement, annual performance appraisal, training needs etc.,v Co-ordination with HR on practices based on HR manual (Induction to Separation).v Networking with prospective contractors, workers & employees for manpower mobilization.v Establish code of conduct and take disciplinary action or counsel the defaulters.v Organize rewards and recognition for outstanding performers.v Establishing proper and efficient form of communication to employees, contractors, visitors, and customers.Communicating and managing the perception of interested parties on policies, objectives, targets and programs.Application Deadline: 28/2/2022Expected Start Date: 1/3/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Food allowanceLeave encashmentLife insurancePaid sick timeProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:All Candidates are requested to come with maskExperience:HR & Admin Process: 2 years (Required)Recruitment & on Boarding: 2 years (Required)Contractor Management: 2 years (Required)Production Industry: 2 years (Required)Statutory (IFA, PF & ESI): 2 years (Required)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
