About the role

As an Audit & Advisory Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Audit & Advisory team. Other key responsibilities include:

Supervising and developing staff to ensure balanced responsibilities while ensuring department objectives are met timely and accurately.
Managing and assisting in compliance audits, reviews, examinations, investigations, and other special projects.
Defining, planning, implementing, and reviewing the performance of the department’s projects.
Working with and supporting the Director and Senior Manager of Audit & Advisory regarding the development and execution of departmental strategy.
Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for colleagues.

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Have excellent leadership skills (e.g., organizing, planning, problem-solving and decision-making) necessary for effective management
Exhibit well developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to work well across all levels and verticals of the organization
Thrive working in a team environment with a customer service focus

And have:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. European language skills are also highly desirable
Significant experience with Accounting, Compliance, External/Internal auditing or Operational/Financial analysis is desired.
Knowledge and understanding of Solicitor’s Accounts Rules, Anit-Money Laundering regulations and GDPR and their equivalent rules and regulations across Europe would be beneficial.
Extremely high attention to detail and data accuracy
