Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Channel Analytics is a pan India role managing business planning, Analytics , Projects for a given portfolio management aligned to channel objectives. The position is responsible for:
1. Design steps for business planning and goal setting.
2. Provide insights and inputs on Business objectives.
3. Monitor progress on Key Business Initiatives through detailed analysis
4. Advise seniors on measurement of business performance using business Dashboards
KO Management
a.To work closely with the channel ,track & ensure achievement of multiple KO parameters that includes Income composition & achievement
b. Validate projections received for any anomaly
c. RM level productivity,
d. Product level contribution and performance, liability balance movement & penetration
e. Region wise data of past trends on Key Objectives of Imperia & preferred channels.
f. Periodic assessment of the cost billed/debited to the
channel by analysing and studying the cost reports and tracking CTI.
g. Preparation of dashboards for driving business through Key initiatives
Analytics
a. Responsible to analyze the opportunities as against base allocated
b. Review penetration, activation & retention strategies across all Liability ,TPP, Cards & Asset products
c. Analyze the performance of the channel vs opportunity and plan
d. Analyze and Review Lead to conversion ratio for higher output
e. Identify the gaps impacting the business adversely
f. Analyze various business MIS released by product teams
g. Identify areas of improvement to assist Virtual channels in meeting business objectives
h. Evaluate achievement against plans / targets set for the year
i. Region wise analysis of underperforming resources/ units to identify areas of concern and focus to improve Channel profitability
j. Customer engagement movement in Imperia & preferred vertical
Data Management
a. Identifying potential customers with opportunity mapping
b. Analyze the static & real time base from an enrichment point of view to enhance offers, propensity etc
e. Work on changes or requirements with Liability ,TPP, Cards & Asset Product & Marketing team which will benefit the business parameters
f. Periodic review for RPM, racing and de racing the identified profitable and non profitable portfolios along with respective BIU/Marketing team
g. To develop propensity models which increase productivity and business throughput
h. Database management along with BIU to yield increased penetration and output.
Automation Processes & Channel Profitability Model
a. Analyze existing digital journey across products in channels
b. Devise new framework for Channel expansion
