Overview
As a driven and experienced Cloud Engineer, you will contribute to development of build and deployment processes. You will be exploring wide range of Azure services for building automation tools supporting cloud infrastructure hosting for Cytel’s products.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
Ensure timely availability of development and test environments for sprint teams
Deliver automation scripts for deployment of cloud infrastructure components
Development and management of in-house automation tools
Innovate and implement solutions for monitoring and reporting of cloud services utilization
Create visibility for orphaned resources to supplement cost optimization initiatives
Technical Requirements:
3 – 5 years of experience in administration of Azure infrastructure
Azure certification will be added advantage
Experience in working with Azure CLI
Experience in bash or powershell scripting
Experience integrating Bitbucket with Azure DevOps YAML pipelines
Experience in deploying Azure resources with Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC)
Knowledge relational database administration and SQL (Postgres preferred)
Understanding of Configuration Management tools like chef ansible
Understand key networking fundamentals such as DNS, firewalls and load balancing
Non-technical requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of using Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence
Experience in execution and documentation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
Automation mindset with track record of process improvements
