Advises and mentors junior programmersRoles and Responsibilities: Senior level is responsible for the technical components of data integration processes and can perform all the essential functions of Level I. Additional functions include:1. Manage software development projects through the software development lifecycle including design, build, test, and deploy.2. Research, design, write, and test new software programs and APIs.3. Coach, lead, mentor junior programmers and lead team improvement discussions.4. Develop coding standards and perform code review for peers and junior programmers.5.
