Job Description : Custom Glaze is a small family run business based in Milton Keynes, who specialise in home improvements.We are looking for an excellent part-time Bookkeeper – 30 hours per week (minimum) Monday to Friday 9.oo to 3.00. Immediate start available. Salary will be dependent on experience.Main tasks of roleUsing Sage 50 for:HMRC Returns – VAT, CIS, PAYeBank & Cash reconciliationsJournal entriesSupplier PaymentsRunning Payroll using Sage PayrollCredit controlSetting up new contracts on bespoke softwareChecking and input of purchase invoicesProduction and input of sales invoicesUpdating filesIssuing warrantiesProcessing paymentsGeneral office duties – filing, post, photocopying, etcRequired Education, Skills and QualificationsExperience required: Previous experience of Sage 50 Accounts, Sage payroll and HMRC returns (VAT, PAYe, CIS) is essential.Excellent telephone mannerMethodical, accurate and preciseHigh attention to detail with good organisational skillsWorking knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel£27-30,000 Pro-RataJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 30 per weekSalary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:bookkeeping: 3 years (required)Payroll software: 1 year (preferred)Sage Line 50: 2 years (preferred)
