Job Description : Role Summary:
Main responsibility is BOOMI/BI Admin as part of our Ensite organization for the business in a multinational company. You will also be involved in the delivery for project implementation, enhancements & production support. Align with Flowserve global business process standardization and corporate policies governance & statutory requirements.
Administration of SAP BI tools, Dell Boomi Tools & Service.
Provide Input on System Governance strategies and make sure best practices and standards are followed
Participate in project planning and design with the external partners, other IT, and business users
Responsibilities & Requirements: Responsibilities & Requirements:
Boomi:
7+ years of experience with Knowledge of UNIX and LINUX operating systems, storage environments, file systems, and network protocols
Knowledge in Boomi application
Familiar with shell scripting
Monitoring Performance of Unix Server- CPU, RAM and Storage
Handle mounting of shared storage and manage FSTAB
Manage Boomi Atom Environment (Atom à Start, Stop and Restart)
Handle Certificate Expiry in Unix server.
Detecting and troubleshooting network related issues
Knowledge in Apache web server
BI:
5+ years of Exp. in an administrative role in an environment of Business Intelligence (BI) applications.
Monitoring of BI/BO servers(Server, Services, Jobs, Memory/CPU utilization, alerts, Backup, Locks, Long running threads, Resources, MVCC Blockers, Expensive Query, System load, and performance monitoring)
Knowledge in working with the Central Management Console, Central Configuration Manager, and BI
Keep availability of BO Web applications CMC, BI Launchpad, and other applications.
Production support (User access management, SP recreation, Catalog/Content objects migration, Data issue backtrack)
System Monitoring (Server, Services, CMC, CMS, Scheduled instance)
Production support (User access, Promotion management, Schedules configuration, IDT, Audit, Data issue, reports issue)
Manage users & permissions, Service account password reset, System housekeeping, maintenance, and upgradations
Data refresh, data backtrack & subscription.
Migration of reports/objects along with security settings from one DEV/TST/QA stage to PROD Environment
Handling the support issues from business users
Backup and Restore of Business Objects environment.
