Job Description : Key Tasks/Responsibilities: 1. Timely Pickup and Dispatch as per planning or as per customer’s request.2. Verification of the Material before Dispatch & Pickup3. Monthly stock count and random weekly stock count4. He Should be able to manage a Team (Hiring and Retention of Blue Collar). Daily team huddleand performance review will be a part5. Real Time updating of Pickup, Dispatch, Cleaning, and other various reports6. Cash management & Weekly Expense submission7. Updating the damaged material present in the branch timely basis. Also Reporting of damagematerial that can be repaired in the branch8. Overall Management of the warehouse. Adherence to 5S9. Closure of all the jobs pending for the warehouse10. Tie-up with the Transporters for the Last-mile Deliveries of pre-planned pickups & Dispatches11. Timely closures of all the bills of Transporters so that his due payment can be processed withintimeline12. Providing Provisions of Last month Expenses (Transport, Refreshments)13. Scheduled scraping of the material present in the branch according to report provided by stockController14. Tracking & timely delivery of Internal movement within the branch’s utilization should be thekey factor15. Collection, Submission & Uploading of monthly rental invoices in system16. Lead Generation From the ground team17.
