This Amberfication is led by in-store, mobile app and on-line payments.About the opportunity: We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our technology and product teams. As part of this role, you will work closely with our product managers, technology team and business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed requirements.The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver, eager learner, and well-rounded cross-functional team player ready to tackle challenges in the Buy Now Pay Later space. In this role, you will develop a clear understanding of the business processes and rules across a wide variety of functions within our businessWhat you’ll be responsible for: Write detailed product requirement for features planned in the Sprint planning sessions.Liaise with key stakeholders to elicit and verify requirementsDefine acceptance criteria for User stories/features.Functional design including wireframes to facilitate technical designCo-ordinate sign off on all requirementsReview progress of completed User stories and requirement definition prior to development, with the relevant stakeholders for consistency and overall development needsWork closely with third part technology partnersCommunicate trade-offs between initial requirements and engineering realities to Product Management team.Participate in all Agile team meetings including product backlog planning, sprint planning, daily stand-up, and sprint retrospective.Be responsible for the sprint demos delivered to key stakeholders to gather valuable feedback and validate design.Identify and manage risks and dependencies.Validate and test functionality and quality of released deliverables.The Team you’ll be joiningWe believe every new team member has an opportunity to add to our culture – we’re a vibrant team of Podcasters, Ultra-Marathoners, Weightlifters, Chess Players, Students and more, so we’re looking for people who want to be part of a diverse and ever changing team.As we grow, we change, so you’ll be flexible, willing to evolve as our systems and processes do.
