Job Description:
Responsibilities
Lead, guide and Contribute independently to implement & deliver complex End to End project assignments simultaneously and support live applications
Drive excellent practices and technical standards for establishing reporting for SCM, developing information suites (Dashboards, reports, visualizations) fit for C-level consumption, and marketing campaign tracking and measurement.
Supply chain business/ Functional knowledge – preferred
Ability to use data for Exploratory, descriptive, Inferential, Prescriptive, and Advanced Analytics
Ability to create dashboards, reports, and Analytical insights from data
Able to work as an independent contributor in building end to end implementation of Data and reporting solutions
Participate in competency development to ensure the best-fit and high-quality technical solutions.
Should be a key contributor in creating thought leadership within the area of Functional specialization and in compliance with guidelines, policies and norms of Philips
Create connects with business stakeholders to understand and solve business challenges as well as to increase business penetration
Strong understanding of analytics needs and proactive-ness to build generic solutions to improve the efficiency
Experience with operational support and Governance
Working closely with Business Stakeholders, Technology Stakeholders, IT Teams and Advanced Analytics experts
Supporting Data Scientist / Data Engineering with solutioning
Confidence training and guiding colleagues through complex functional challenges and best practice
Offer support by responding to system problems on time.
Strong background into Database design, modeling and architecture
Experience of having done visualization on large datasets
Expert knowledge of any visualization tool like Qlikview (Must) or PowerBI (Optional) as well as some knowledge of Python
Working knowledge / proficiency in SQL
Experience with SAP – Preferred
Experience with Azure / cloud based Analytics platforms is a plus
Soft Skills Required
Good communication and presentation skills
Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask
Clarity of thoughts and vision
Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table
Adherence to timelines, without sacrificing the quality of output
Hands-on and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to coordinate across different Geographies and with different stakeholders at Exec and Director levels
Work Experience
Minimum of 7+ years of increasingly responsible experience in high impactful and changing environments
2+ years of working experience in supply chain business analysis roles.
3 +years of hands-on experience with one or more Visualization / reporting tools like Qlik or Power BI.
Knowledge of Software development methodologies. Have worked in Scrum teams
Excellent communication & presentation skills with a track record of engaging with senior business leaders
Previous experience in Supply chain would be a distinct advantage
Should have worked in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
High affinity with AI-powered insight tools and engines and application of real-time solutions to analytics problems
Strong analytical and communication skills. Should be self-driven, highly motivated and able to learn quick
Academics
MBA /BTech-BE from IIT/NITs or Tier 1 engineering schools only, MS Analytics from Tier 1 schools, MCA from Tier 1 engineering school
Certification in visualization will be preferred, like of Qlikview, Qliksense, PowerBI
