Function Description: Global Commercial Services (GCS) continues to be the fast growing business within American Express with the key objectives of accelerating growth, increasing profitability, and enhancing product value propositions to meet client needs. The Pricing, Performance & Insights (PPI) India team within GDCT&O (part of GCS) is instrumental in driving these objectives by providing actionable data driven insights and consultative solutions. The open role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the GCS growth story in a dynamic, intellectually stimulating, open, fun and collaborative environment. This role will support the US Large & Global/ US Small and Medium Enterprises with signings review and signing related exception management and other related operational support.

Purpose of the Role: To support and execute E2E Signings review and sales incentive related exception management for US Large and Global Enterprises/ US Small and Medium Enterprises and effectively engaging the stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Deliver insightful reporting, improve data integrity & management and share insights to help the leadership and business taking effective decision
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive solution accordingly
Ensure Accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables
Create and maintain SOP documentation for all processes and specific tasks & activities

Academic Background:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Commerce, Engineering or related fields
Past Experience : 2-4 years of experience in related field
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
High attention to details and capable of analyzing large datasets
Strong communication skills in order to be able to communicate clearly and concisely
Demonstrate teamwork with strong personal accountability, commitment and integrity
Ability to work in high-pressure situations with minimal errors
Positive attitude, a proactive mindset, and comfortable with both agility and working through ambiguity

Technical Skills/Capabilities:
Excellent working knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Python, SAS/R. ML & Tableau is preferred
Ability to handle large and complex datasets
Critical Factors to succeed: Self-motivated, eye for detail & Problem solving skills
