About the role:

We have an exciting Temp opportunity ending 30th June 2023 to be responsible for Facilitating and providing operational, change management, instructional and business support associated with Cross River Rail (CRR) and other projects across the Customer Assets Maintenance portfolio.

Some of your day to day responsibilities include:

Conduct Change Impact assessments within the Customer Assets Maintenance Portfolio and identify people, process and technology changes required for the readiness of CRR.
Make recommendations and actively participate in business readiness and change management activities required to transition the organisation to business as usual in consultation with key stakeholders.
Develop plans and related material including business instructions in conjunction with subject matter experts for the readiness of CRR.
Provide training and user support to various business groups as required for the operational readiness managed by the section.
Develop and facilitate cross functional change activities to support program direction, achieve business objectives and support operational readiness across the program.
Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders with regards to operational readiness and change management related activities.

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have the following:

High level of skill in the development and delivery of Change Impact Assessments and associated plans.
High level of skill in providing project support particularly with project reporting, meeting deadlines, facilitate project meetings, workshops and engagement with stakeholders.
High level of oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
High level of customer service skills for the purpose of delivering effective business material and training.
Substantial level of conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Substantial level of skill in the facilitation of change management processes.
Knowledge of and willingness to commit to and work within Queensland Rail’s Values and Behaviours.
Full time Pro rata annual salary: $96,090+ Super.
