SUMMARY
At SAP Solution Delivery Center, we are looking for an experienced Associate Business Process Consultant with proven experience in delivering successful E2E Customer Centric projects for Professional Services industries.
THE ROLE
Participating in implementation of optimized Order to Cash Processes using SAP solutions for Professional Services industry customers
Close cooperation with global Professional Services consultants community regarding knowledge-sharing and business development for specific expert topics (Time and Material expense billing, etc)
Ensure usage of latest technology, including cloud offerings, focusing on TCO and ROI – when enhancing industry solutions and services
Supporting the Ramp-Up of new SAP products at our clients in the Professional Services sector and ensuring knowledge transfer to partners and customers
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
You should have excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash processes – order management, contract management, pricing, delivery, and billing
Domain Expertise: You should have a good understanding in Professional Service industry domain and processes relevant to the industry. You should have good knowledge on the following processes- time & material (RRB), intercompany T&M, fixed price project billing, down payment, revenue recognition and good integration knowledge with PS and CPM, FICO and RAR
Solution Expertise: Should have at least 2 End to End Implementation experience in professional services domain project and should have worked as a O2C consultant in minimum 4 projects
An understanding of SAP CRM solutions and BRIM solution is a plus
Soft skills: You should have good communication and presentation skills
Working experience of 6-12 years
You should have bachelor’s degree from reputed institute. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institutes preferred, although not mandatory
Location: Bangalore or Gurgaon
Travel Percentage – 30-40%
